CLADDING
Quality 15mm Scandinavian redwood shiplap boarding with stainless steel cladding nails on sturdy 70mm x 36mm framework

Standard eaves height 2.14m (7ft)
DOOR
Single 78cm (2ft 6in) wide half-glass double glazed door with choice of brass or chrome ironmongery
WINDOWS
One 1.0m x 1.0m double glazed window with side opening sash and top vent
ROOF
12mm exterior grade plywood on sturdy purlins with long lasting (10 years +) heavy duty 40kg polyester based roofing felt fixed with a layer of felt adhesive. 1ft (30cm) overhang at front or 4in (100mm) overhang at both ends depending on design
INSULATION
Walls and roof lined and insulated with 50mm foil covered PIR rigid foam insulation board with 12mm tongue and groove lining, architrave and skirting boards. Floor insulation with 50mm polystyrene
FINISH
Sadolin Classic woodstain in 'Natural' or 'Light Oak' colour included in addition to standard light brown solvent-based preservative base coat.
ELECTRICS
First fix wiring for light and sockets ready for completion by your electrician (or we can recommend and liaise with a local electrician)

Available from 8ft x 8ft (2.4m x 2.4m). Other sizes built to order to a maximum of 15m²
