CLADDING
Quality 15mm shiplap boarding with stainless steel cladding nails on sturdy 70mm x 46mm and 70mm x 38mm framework
GLAZING
Joinery double door with a fixed window to each side. Double glazed throughout with toughened safety glass. Satin chrome door handle
INSULATION
Walls and roof lined and insulated with superior 50mm foil covered PIR rigid foam insulation board with untreated 12mm tongue and groove lining, complete with skirting boards and trims. Insulated floor with 50mm polystyrene and pressure treated base bearers

EPDM rubber roof (life expectancy 30 years). Front roof overhang
FINISH
Fully treated inside and out with light brown solvent-based water repellent preservative
PLANNING
Height below 2.5m to avoid the need for planning permission in most cases
