- Quality 15mm Scandinavian Redwood shiplap boarding on sturdy framework
- Arched top Georgian style windows, or contemporary style with large panes
- Wall height 6ft 8in (2.03m) internally — spacious and airy
- Wide range of finish options including Sadolin, opaque woodstain, and full painted finish in any colour
- Also available in elongated versions to include a combined shed compartment
SIZE & LAYOUT
- Low height version of Corner 88 to keep below 2.5m planning height, with 6ft 4in (1.94m) internal wall height and lower pitch roof
- Additional storage shed compartment at one end of the building
DOORS & WINDOWS
- "Superior" doors and windows with weather seals available on 99 and 100 sizes — includes brass/chrome ironmongery
- Brass or chrome door and window furniture and butt hinges instead of black antique
- Window boxes
PAINT & FINISH
- Complete four-coat (preservative, undercoat and two top coats) exterior paint finish. Stain block is used to minimise marks from knot resin. Nail holes are filled for best appearance. We can paint your building in a large choice of colours e.g. from the Farrow & Ball range, RAL or Dulux tints.
- One or two coat Sadolin Classic externally on top of light brown finish in a choice of colours
- Opaque Woodstain 2-coat finish + clear, colourless preservative basecoat. Various colours

- Felt tiles in red, green, brown, or slate grey
- Cedar shingles
