- Contemporary long pane toughened glass windows and doors, or Georgian style windows and doors
- Wall framework 46mm on smaller sizes and 70mm on larger sizes, with 6ft 8in (2.03m) internal wall height to low side
- Quality 15mm Scandinavian Redwood shiplap cladding with solvent-based light brown preservative inside and out
- Heavy duty polyester-based roofing felt for long life
- Choice of chrome or brass door and window furniture
- Wide range of options including paint finish, Georgian windows, EPDM roof, and floor insulation
PAINT & FINISH
- Complete four-coat (preservative, undercoat and two top coats) exterior paint finish. Stain block is used to minimise marks from knot resin. Nail holes are filled for best appearance. We can paint your building in a large choice of colours e.g. from the Farrow & Ball range, RAL or Dulux tints.
- One or two coat Sadolin Classic finish externally on top of light brown preservative for longer lasting joinery protection.
- Opaque Woodstain 2-coat finish + clear, colourless preservative.
WINDOWS & GLAZING
- Georgian windows and doors with black antique door furniture.
- Long side windows option on Cambourne Contemporary.
ROOF
- EPDM rubber roof for decades-long maintenance-free lifespan.
INSULATION
- Floor insulation.
